Terms of Service
Rescue Net Force and its affiliates provides pet recovery services to our clients. By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Services.
* Services
We will use all reasonable efforts to locate your pet using our standard recovery process, which includes:
- Utilizing a team of trained rescue dogs and their handlers.
- Deploying high-tech drones equipped with infrared and thermal cameras.
- Contacting nearby shelters, rescues, and animal services and providing them with your pet’s information.
- Provide any required medical services to the pet.
Optional advanced tracking services may be available for an additional fee.
* Fees
Our standard recovery service is $200, excluding any possible medical fees.
We offer a 100% refund policy in the event of a failed recovery.
Our services will only begin once the fees have been paid and proof of payment been confirmed.
The client should allow 1 hour after payment confirmation for a team to be mobilized and sent out.
* Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Cooperate with our team during the recovery process, including providing viable scent markers for our dogs to identify and imprint on.
- Pay all applicable fees in a timely manner.
-Present a confirmable proof of ownership in highly contested cases.
* Liability
We will not be liable for any damages or losses arising from our services, except in cases of gross negligence. Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by our clients.
* Changes to Agreement
We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our page or notification to you.
